Female Participation – Be it Girls on The Green, Bowling With Babies, Try Bowls, Barefoot Bowls or Community Bowls we now have small bowls that can be safely utilised. It’s all about FUN! Why not give it a go?
Our Junior Development Program kicks off February 2019 for students interested in being coached to play lawn bowls. Free coaching and membership on offer. Ideally suited to students/parents preferring non-contact sports. Bowls is played locally and also at state, national, international and the Commonwealth Games!
Bowls can be played by all ages, abilities and cultures.

Bowling With Babies is held Fridays from 1000-1200 @ The Hive and now includes activities for toddlers and pre-schoolers.
Bubs and pre-schoolers are most welcome to bring their mummy or carer (yes we have grandparents, daddies and aunties at times) along for a social get together over a cuppa and friendly game of barefoot bowls. It’s all very flexible depending on babies and the weather and a great way to make new friends. Mothers Groups most welcome!
Friday 9 August – Toddlers Disco & Games. We’ve got the music & lights. Get your disco gear on and hit the dance floor. Great raffle and lots of prizes.
Cost: $10 includes your coffee, morning tea, barefoot bowls and children’s activities.

Join us @ The Hive to help Team Uncle Bob reach their goal of raising $20,000 for much needed Motor Neurone Disease before October 2018.

This years Wyndham Learning Festival is a great way to try new activities/learn a new skill and there are so many to choose from. Lawn bowls is just one of the many options available. Bowls is a low impact, low-cost, non-contact activity played in the pleasant, social environment of our club and can be played individually, in groups or teams either socially or competitively. Bowls is suitable for all ages, cultures and abilities and is a great way to make new friends both on and off the green.
If you have some time on your hands and wondering what to do with yourself, come on down to “The Hive” and join us. New bowlers are always welcome @ The Hive.
Bowls, equipment and tuition provided. All we need is YOU in flat soled shoes or bare feet. AND after your bowls have a Devonshire afternoon tea on us.
