CLOSED for 5 day lockdown

Victoria has gone into Lockdown 5.0 from 11:59pm on Thursday 15th July 2021.

This means you can only leave home to get food/supplies, for exercise up to 2 hours per day, for medical care or caregiving, or for work/education if you can’t do it from home.

We are also back to a 5km radius to help contain the spread of the virus.

Face masks are mandatory indoors and outdoors but does not apply to those staying at home.

Hopefully all going well – fingers and toes crossed!! – the club will be able to resume all activities as soon as the restrictions ease and government regulations allow.

CLOSED for 7 day lockdown

Victoria has imposed a seven-day “circuit-breaker lockdown” in response to a growing Covid cluster in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

From 11.59pm Thursday, 27 May until 11.59pm Thursday 3 June, the following rules apply to the entire state of Victoria – not just Melbourne.

There are five approved reasons to leave your home:

shopping;

authorised work or education;

exercise;

caregiving, compassionate,medical reasons;

…and to get vaccinated.

In accordance our club & greens will be closed until further notice.

This applies to bowls, indoor/outdoor activities, the clubhouse and grounds. Our upcoming brainstorming session will be postponed to a later date. Stay tuned to TeamApp for further updates!

In the meantime, we hope our members will continue to stay safe, stay well and find the silver linings during these times.
