Greens Closure – 19/7

Due to the amount of rain we have had recently, our remaining No.3 Green (grass) is requiring to ‘dry out’ more before further use. If no more rainfall today and/or overnight, there is a chance winter social bowls will proceed this Saturday – our fingers are crossed and we will let you know!

As part of the Chirnside Park Master Plan, our new No.2 Green (grass) is still in its infancy and reconstruction has begun on our popular No.1 Green (synthetic). Works on No.1 Green is expected to last another 4-6 weeks.

Members & guests are reminded to check in with the Club on 9741 3229.

For all of our Club Members – don’t forget to download ‘Stack Team App’ for current up-to-date news on greens availability.

Fun on the Greens!

Never too young to start!

We had the pleasure of hosting four groups of children – 122 in total from Quantin Binnah Community Centre over the school holidays.

Participants were grouped and rotated between various colour coded games set up around the green utilising the Jack Attack kits.

After a break participants enjoyed a session of “Jack Attack” tunnel ball which was a hoot.

A great time was had by everyone! Huge thanks to Lesley, Rod, Gerry and Rhonda for facilitating the day.

We have the bowls, facilities and equipment to safely cater for all ages and abilities.  All welcome! Bookings are essential.
